Shipping Policy

Delivery Timeline

• Orders within India are typically delivered within 6-12 working days, depending on your location and external factors like public holidays or extreme weather conditions.
• Standard dispatch time: 2-3 days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to product availability.
• For areas such as Jammu & Kashmir and North East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Shipping Charges

• Standard (₹0 - ₹1,199): ₹150 shipping fee.
• Standard 2 (₹1,200 - ₹1,399): ₹100 shipping fee.
• Standard 3 (₹1,400 and up): Free shipping.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with a tracking code and link.

Courier Partners

We ship using reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and EcomExpress, depending on the delivery PIN code.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

• If tracking shows the product is delivered but you haven’t received it:
  • The product is often received by family members, neighbors, flatmates, or office mailrooms.
  • If not, contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
  • We will raise the issue with our courier partner and resolve it within 10 working days.
  • In genuine cases, we will refund the full amount after completing our investigation.
